Wintour Training on Hotel APP at Yutong Hotel
10th December, Wintour's Kay and Linda visited Guangdong Yutong Hotel, giving a class on hotel's smart phone applications.
Outlined in five "New"s – New Era, New Opportunity, New Service, New Scene and New Marketing, Kay analyzed APP's function and applicable scenes for hotel online/mobile marketing. Linda followed up and took Wintour's APP as an example.
Yutong Hotel paid high attention to hotel mobile marketing, with elites from many departments including GM, Sales Dept., Reservation Center, Financial Dept. attending the class. There was also discussion and communication over some questions, e.g. how to lead guests to download APP and book via APP, how to verify APP members, etc.
