1. Take Advantage of the Keyword Tool

Don’t get too creative here. When naming your video, use generic words that people will actually search for. You can add a twist, but keep it generic.  To find out what people are searching for, simply use Google’s Keyword Planner. Type in a phrase or keyword and it will show you how many people are searching for those terms on YouTube every month.  This allows you to see how competitive your phrase is ranking for. Here are examples of bad and good titles for a conference hotel in Chicago:

Unconventional Meetings at Hotel Reflection (Bad)
Exclusive Conference Hotel in Downtown Chicago (Good)
